Melodie Creegan
President & Brand Strategist
Melodie Creegan is known for her ability to connect people, ideas, and purpose in ways that spark new ventures, partnerships, and meaningful opportunities.
With more than three decades of experience spanning brand strategy, communications, storytelling, and creative direction, her work has crossed sectors including tourism, hospitality, wellness, real estate, energy, environmental initiatives, agriculture, infrastructure, and not-for-profit organizations across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
Originally trained in fine arts before moving into communication, design, multimedia, and emerging technologies, Melodie founded Mosaic Communications in 1995, which recently evolved into RedFeather Strategies. Her work is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and helping organizations uncover the deeper truths that shape meaningful and emotionally resonant brands.
Known as a “different thinker,” Melodie is passionate about being a catalyst for positive change — helping organizations align vision, relationships, creativity, and strategy in ways that move people and ideas forward.
Melodie is member of the Métis Nation of Alberta.

Patrick Kitchen
Creative Director
Patrick Kitchen brings more than three decades of experience spanning fine arts, design, branding, advertising, and creative leadership. Beginning his career in production before evolving into creative direction, Patrick has led the development of impactful campaigns, visual identities, and storytelling platforms for organizations across Canada and internationally.
A proud member of the NWT Métis Nation, Patrick brings a thoughtful and culturally grounded perspective to his work — collaborating closely with Indigenous leaders, knowledge keepers, communities, and organizations to help create authentic, emotionally resonant communications rooted in respect, understanding, and connection.
Patrick is deeply interested in the intersection of art, culture, and storytelling. His work balances strategic thinking with artistic intuition, helping shape creative that feels both meaningful and human. Known for his collaborative approach and strong visual sensibility, he helps guide projects from concept through execution with clarity, care, and creative integrity.

John Hromyk
Director of Client Services
John Hromyk brings more than two decades of experience spanning business advisory, finance, marketing, publishing, entrepreneurial ventures, and brand development. A CPA with a business degree specializing in marketing, John combines strategic business insight with hands-on experience building and growing purpose-driven companies across multiple industries.
Over the course of his career, John has founded and led several successful ventures, including Coventure Business Services Inc., Hillside Estates Winery during the early growth of the Naramata Bench wine region, and a range of lifestyle, consumer, and hospitality-focused businesses spanning publishing, distilling, and brand development.
At RedFeather Strategies, John works closely with clients and internal teams to guide projects from strategic planning through execution — helping align vision, budgets, timelines, communications, and operational priorities. His entrepreneurial background and practical business experience allow him to bring thoughtful oversight, collaborative leadership, and grounded strategic thinking to complex initiatives.
Known for his unique, solutions-oriented approach, John helps organizations navigate growth with greater clarity, alignment, and long-term focus.

Barry Anderson
Brand Strategist & Business Advocate
Barry Anderson brings more than three decades of experience in brand strategy, marketing, communications, and creative leadership across local, regional, and national markets. His work focuses on helping organizations build stronger alignment between vision, culture, communications, and long-term growth.
As co-founder of Creative Intelligence Agency, Barry helped launch and grow brands across a wide range of sectors including economic development, education, energy, emerging technologies, social innovation, and active living. As a proud westerner, he also played a role in helping build the WestJet brand during its formative years — contributing to the growth of one of Canada’s most recognized companies.
At RedFeather Strategies, Barry brings a thoughtful and integrated approach to communications — blending strategic insight, storytelling, brand development, and organizational thinking to help clients navigate change and connect more meaningfully with their audiences. He is particularly interested in helping organizations build brands from the inside out, strengthening internal culture while creating more authentic external experiences.
Barry is also a passionate advocate for the evolving identity, culture, and traditions of the West, perspectives that continue to shape both his professional work and creative pursuits.
